Purchasing Guidelines

Processing and Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 2–4 days from our warehouse. Bulk orders may require an additional 1–2 days for processing. Late payments may result in the order being moved to the next batch. International deliveries typically take 5–8 business days to arrive.

Payments:

• Full Payment Required: Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
• Cryptocurrency Payments: Confirmed within an hour. Due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies, the exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and include shipping costs. Prices are subject to market fluctuations.

Refunds:
Cryptocurrency refunds are processed based on the current USD exchange rate at the time of the refund.

Shipping Details:

• Origin: Orders are shipped from Hong Kong, China.
• Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is included in the price of our miners.
• Shipping Priority: Products are shipped on a first-paid, first-served basis after receiving full payment.
• Logistics Providers: We use globally recognized carriers like DHL and UPS to ensure reliable and fast delivery worldwide.
• Transfer of Ownership: Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once products are handed over to the carrier. VolcMiner  is not responsible for returns due to tax issues; additional shipping fees apply for returned items.
